Terms and Conditions Policy

Our aim is to help you list your home or property quickly and economically.  We provide a fast and streamlined approach toward listing your home or property in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).  When your order is placed, you will receive an automated email confirming the placement of that order, as well as an email confirming that FlatFeeTopia.com has received payment from you.  After payment has been confirmed, one of our Brokers will contact you within one business day. Once your contracts and forms have been completed and sent to your Broker, your home will be placed in your local MLS within 3-5 working days. Once your FlatFeeTopia.com order has been placed and payment is confirmed, all orders are subject to our Refund Policy as written below.


Refund Policy

Once your contracts and forms have been completed and sent to your Broker, your home or property will be included within your local MLS within 3-5 business days.  If you decide to cancel your order prior to the listing of your home or property in the MLS, there is a $20 service fee.  Once your home or property is listed in the MLS, FlatFeeTopia.com unfortunately cannot refund your money.  You may however, cancel your MLS listing at any time during the course of your six-month listing contract.  We strive for excellence within our customer service, and if you feel that you have not received adequate service, please email us with details of your specific issue or call us direct.
